Dear Exhibitor:
It is our pleasure to welcome you to the Residential Design and Construction 2008 Trade Show and Convention at the Seaport World Trade Center.
Our goal is to make this event as successful as possible for you and your company. This manual contains all of the information necessary to assist you in the successful operation of your exhibit. For your convenience, the manual has been organized into several sections.
In the section marked Decorator Services you will want to be sure to review both the Quick Facts and the Welcome to Freeman sections. The Quick Facts will give you the information you need to know about booth equipment, show schedule, shipping, labor, customer service, etc. The Welcome to Freeman section will walk you through how to order everything from furniture to labor. There is only one order form for all Decorating and Drayage. Behind the Decorating and Drayage you will find the other important vendor forms such as electrical, telephone, security, floral, booth catering etc.
There are deadline dates for some of the forms you need to complete and items you need to order. These deadlines can be found in the Deadlines section and again on the top of each form. I ask that you take the time to read this manual. It will save you time, money and aggravation at show site.
This year we will be strictly enforcing the need for each of our exhibitors to submit a certificate of insurance. Please see the specific requirements listed in the General Information section of this manual.
